1. General Provisions

1.1 This Agreement governs the terms of use for the resources and services of the ServUp project.

1.2 Use of the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms by the User.

2. Project Status and Contributions

2.1 ServUp is a non-commercial community. All funds transferred to the project are voluntary contributions (donations).

2.2 Contributions are used for infrastructure development, hosting costs, and software maintenance.

2.3 By making a contribution, you confirm that you do so voluntarily and without expectation of return. Contributions are non-refundable.

3. Support Rewards

3.1 As a gesture of gratitude for supporting our development, the project may provide access to private resources or game slots.

3.2 Access to resources is provided on an 'as is' basis. We do not guarantee the functionality of third-party plugins after Valve (CS2) updates.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 The User agrees not to use the project's resources to violate game rules or cause harm to third parties.

4.2 Distribution (leaking) or resale of files obtained through ServUp private access is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 The ServUp administration is not liable for any losses or failures resulting from Counter-Strike 2 game updates.

5.2 The administration reserves the right to restrict access to resources in case of a User's violation of this Agreement.

6. Changes to Terms

6.1 The administration reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement unilaterally.

6.2 The new version of the Agreement comes into effect from the moment of its publication on the servup.net website.
