Project Support Terms
Information on how voluntary support of the ServUp non-profit community works.
1 Project Status
ServUp is an independent non-profit project.
We are not a registered company or sole proprietorship. All contributions are voluntary donations toward infrastructure development and supporting the project's activities.
This is not a purchase of goods or services in the commercial sense.
For details on the project owner, see the Impressum.
2 Voluntary Nature of Contributions
2.1 Any funds transferred to the project are gratuitous donations.
2.2 By donating, the donor confirms they are transferring funds:
- Without any right to a refund (except for technical payment system failures).
- Understanding the funds go toward covering server, domain, and hosting costs.
- Without requiring any specific content to be provided in return.
2.3 As a token of thanks, we may provide access to private resources (builds, tools, slots).
3 Granting Access
3.1 Access to content is granted voluntarily and free of charge after a request is processed through the ticket system.
- Uninterrupted operation during Valve / CS2 updates.
- The absence of bugs in third-party plugins.
- Timely delivery of any specific content.
3.3 Technical support is provided on a best-effort basis; response times may vary.
4 Supporter Obligations
4.1 Recipients of private content agree to:
- Not distribute files to third parties without permission.
- Not use materials for commercial resale.
- Follow the rules for using game resources (Valve TOS).
4.2 Violating these rules results in a permanent block from all project resources.
5 Limitation of Liability
- Issues arising from Counter-Strike 2 updates released by Valve Corporation.
- Technical failures on the part of payment providers.
- Any indirect losses incurred by users.
5.2 All materials are provided "as is", with no guarantee of full functionality.
6 Refund Policy
6.2 The exceptions are cases of:
- A duplicate charge caused by a technical error.
- A payment that could not be completed due to a payment system failure.
6.3 All refund requests are reviewed individually through the ticket system.
7 Changes to These Terms
7.1 The administration reserves the right to change these terms unilaterally.
7.2 A new version takes effect once published on servup.net.
7.3 Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes notice of those changes.
