Terms for using ServUp's resources. Transparent rules for a non-profit community based in Germany.
1 General Provisions
1.1 These Terms govern the use of the servup.net website, server builds, and related services offered by the ServUp project.
1.2 Using any materials or tools, or accessing private resources, constitutes the User's full acceptance of these Terms.
1.3 If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the project's resources.

2 Status of Donations
2.1 ServUp is a non-profit initiative with no registered legal entity.
2.2 All payments accepted through the support system are voluntary donations, not payment for a commercial service.
2.3 By donating, you confirm you are doing so gratuitously. Refunds are only possible at the administration's discretion, in exceptional cases.
2.4 Payment data is processed by third parties (payment providers) under their own privacy policies.
3 Access to Resources in Exchange for Support
3.1 As a token of thanks for a donation, a User may be granted access to private builds, tools, or game slots.
3.2 Access is provided on an "as-is" basis.
- Uninterrupted operation of all features during Valve / CS2 updates.
- The absence of bugs in third-party plugins and mods.
- Timely updates to all materials following game patches.
3.4 Technical support is provided on a voluntary basis; response times may vary (see response-time information on the tickets page).
4 User Obligations
4.1 The User agrees not to use the project's resources for:
- Violating the rules of Counter-Strike 2 or other games.
- Developing or distributing malware or exploits.
- Providing illegal services or engaging in fraud.
- Reselling or leaking files from private access.
- Using the project's materials without a link back to servup.net.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the management system.
4.3 Violating these rules is grounds for a permanent block from all resources.
5 Limitation of Liability
- Any losses arising from the use of the site's materials.
- Issues related to technical failures following game updates (Valve).
- Loss of data, accounts, or in-game progress on the user's end.
5.2 External links to third-party sites are provided solely for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

6 Trademarks
6.1 Counter-Strike 2™, Steam™, and all related logos are trademarks of Valve Corporation.
6.2 The ServUp project is not affiliated with Valve Corporation or any other corporation.
6.3 Trademarks are used solely for informational purposes as part of community reference and support.
7 Changes and Termination
7.1 The administration reserves the right to change these Terms unilaterally.
7.2 A new version of these Terms takes effect once published on servup.net.
7.3 The administration may restrict or fully terminate access to resources in the event of a violation of these Terms, without prior notice.
7.4 Users may delete their own account through the ticket system (a "Data Deletion" request).
