1. Subject of Agreement

1.1 This document is a public offer (Offer) of the ServUp project to make a voluntary contribution for the development of the project.

1.2 The ServUp project is a non-commercial initiative aimed at supporting the community of Counter-Strike 2 server administrators.

2. Contribution Procedure

2.1 By transferring funds, the Person (User) confirms their agreement with the terms of this Offer and acknowledges the payment as a voluntary contribution.

2.2 Funds received under this Offer are directed toward the maintenance of server equipment, payment for licenses, and software development.

3. Support Rewards

3.1 As gratitude for support, the ServUp project provides the User with access to certain digital resources (server builds, private repository access, game slots).

3.2 These resources are not a product in a commercial sense and are provided to the User for the duration of the project's existence.

4. Disclaimer and Refunds

4.1 Since all payments are voluntary contributions for the project's core activities, they are not subject to refund.

4.2 The project is not responsible for the non-operability of resources in the event of critical Counter-Strike 2 game updates by Valve Corporation.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All materials provided as gratitude for support are the intellectual property of ServUp and are intended for personal use only.

5.2 Any resale or public distribution of the received materials without the project administration's consent is prohibited.

6. Final Provisions

6.1 The Offer comes into effect from the moment of its publication on the servup.net website and is valid indefinitely.

6.2 Acceptance of this Offer is considered to be the moment the User performs the funds transfer.
